 1. No Return Policy

As our products are freshly baked and perishable, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

 2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged or spoiled product received
• Order not delivered. You must report the issue within 2 hours of delivery with proper proof (photo/video).

3. Proof Requirement

To process your request, please share:
Clear photos of the product
Order details (Order ID, date)

Without proof, refunds may not be processed.

 4. Refund Process

• Once your request is verified, the refund will be processed
• Refund will be credited within 5–7 working days
• Refund will be issued via original payment method

 5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Change of mind after delivery
• Minor design or decoration differences
• Incorrect address provided by customer
• Delay due to unavoidable circumstances
